Privacy Policy
Last updated: October 7, 2026
This Privacy Policy explains what information Deep Agents (the “Service”), operated by Deep Labs (“we”, “us”), collects, how it is used and the choices you have.
1. Overview
The Service is non-custodial and has no accounts or sign-in. We collect only what it needs to work: the details you enter for a launch, the public address of the wallet you connect, and the records needed to verify launches. We never receive your private keys or seed phrase. Much of what happens in the Service is recorded on a public blockchain, which is visible to anyone.
2. Information You Provide
When you create an agent, you enter its name, ticker, description, image, and optionally an X profile, website and a fee recipient address.
When you prepare a launch, these details and your image are sent to our server. The image is uploaded to IPFS through Pinata, and is public and retrievable by anyone from that moment, whether or not you complete the launch. We cannot delete it from IPFS.
If you launch an agent, the launch information becomes part of the token’s public metadata on Robinhood Chain.
3. Wallet and Blockchain Information
When you connect a wallet, the Service reads its public account address and the network it is on. Connecting does not ask you to sign a message.
Your wallet address is public blockchain information. It is sent to our server when you prepare a launch, request a quote, view a token or check a transaction, so that the server can read public on-chain data (such as balances, allowances and contract state) and simulate the exact transaction your wallet would send.
Transactions are signed and submitted by your own wallet. We never receive your private keys or a signed transaction.
Your browser remembers which wallet app you last connected, so it can reconnect; it does not store keys.
4. Launch Records and Operational Data
When you prepare a launch, we store a launch record: your wallet address, the token details, the image’s IPFS identifier, the predicted token address and the exact transaction your wallet is asked to send. After the transaction is confirmed, we add its transaction hash and the verified token address. These records let us verify that a launch was made through the Service and show it under Deep launches and in your wallet menu.
To prevent abuse, we keep short-lived request counters. They contain only keyed hashes of your network address and wallet address, never the addresses themselves. A counter only applies to its time window (at most ten minutes) and is deleted the next time a limit is checked after that window ends.
If a launch preparation fails after your image was uploaded, our logs may record the image’s public IPFS identifier and the reason, without your wallet address.
5. Automatically Collected Technical Information
When you use the Service, our hosting and infrastructure providers process standard request information, such as IP address, browser type and the pages requested, to deliver and protect the Service. Our own application logs record error types, not your wallet details.
The Service does not use advertising cookies, sign-in cookies or third-party analytics.
6. How Information Is Used
- to show your wallet’s address, network and balance;
- to prepare, check and simulate launches and trades before your wallet asks you to confirm them;
- to verify confirmed launches and list Deep launches;
- to operate, secure and troubleshoot the Service and prevent abuse;
- to comply with legal obligations.
7. Service Providers
We share information with providers only as needed to run the Service:
- hosting and managed database providers, which run the Service and store launch records;
- Pinata, which stores launch images on IPFS, where they are public;
- blockchain infrastructure (RPC) providers, which read from Robinhood Chain and simulate transactions; they receive the wallet address and transaction details being checked.
Your wallet software, such as MetaMask, is provided by its own developer, submits your transactions and handles your information under its own policy.
8. Public Blockchain Information
Transactions, wallet addresses, balances and token metadata on Robinhood Chain, and images on IPFS, are public and permanent. We do not control this data and cannot change or delete it.
9. Data Retention
Launch records are kept as the record of launches made through the Service, including preparations that were not completed. Rate-limit counters are deleted the next time a limit is checked after their time window ends.
Information published on a blockchain or on IPFS remains there permanently.
10. Security
We use measures such as encrypted connections, strict same-origin request checks and keyed hashing of network addresses. We never hold private keys or seed phrases. No system is completely secure, so please protect your devices and wallet, and check every transaction in your wallet before confirming it.
11. Your Choices
- You can browse the Service without connecting a wallet.
- You can disconnect your wallet in the Service at any time, and remove the site’s access in your wallet’s connected-sites settings.
- You can leave optional fields, such as X profile and website, empty.
Depending on where you live, you may have rights to access, correct or delete your personal information. Information recorded on a public blockchain or on IPFS cannot be deleted.
12. Children’s Privacy
The Service is not intended for anyone under 18, and we do not knowingly collect information from children.
13. Changes to This Policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. The “Last updated” date above shows when it last changed.
